Pub Tour, Falcon Inn, St Mawgan
Location: Very close to Newquay airport (but not a problem). Get on the road from the aiport to Newquay and take either road down the hill into St Mawgan. Go down, down, down the hill and the pub's at the bottom by the ford. There's a car park at the back of the pub. Feel: Lovely, friendly, cosy pub. Feels slightly cramped though. Drinks: Ales. Food: Great British pub fare, very tasty. Dark wood/Light Wood: Surprisingly, light wood. Odd choice. Cubby holes: Not as many as you'd hope. Distractions: The garden, the general feel. Yeast Logic index: High. Sit back, relax, let it come to you. Punters: Locals and relaxed tourists. Kids: Why not if you've got em? |
